Meditation for Change ~ How to Participate

To make participation easier than ever before, I am organizing this year's MFC event a little differently. Please join with us on 12.12.12 in one of the following ways:

1. Create an organized MFC Meditation Event at your location for 12.12.12.
2. Gather some friends together to meditate as a group on 12.12.12.
3. Make an intention to meditate on 12.12.12.

If you'd like to participate in an organized event, please send me an email ([email protected]) no later than Monday, December 10 (or through this contact form). This way there is enough time to coordinate and you can receive any materials you may need in advance. As always, you can use the meditation I write or simply use the theme and create something yourself.

However you chose to participate, please go ahead and announce it on the MFC Facebook page. After the event, revisit the MFC Facebook page to share any comments, photos or experiences. Together, I know we can truly reach across the globe with this event!
