Workshop FAQs
How do I sign up for a workshop?
You can sign up for a workshop online here. If you have any questions or troubles please contact me by online form or send an email to [email protected].
What forms of payment do you accept?
I now accept payment by credit cards {Visa, MC, and Discover}, PayPal, cash, or check.
Why do I need to sign up in advance?
Many workshops have a limited number of spaces for students so by signing up early you guarantee yourself a spot. I also generally offer an early sign up discount so take advantage of the savings.
If a larger meeting space is needed due to the number of students, I may move the location of the workshop. If I have a list of attendees this makes it easy to communicate last minute directions to the new location.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your reservation please let me know asap. All cancelation matters will be handled on a case by case basis.
Where are your workshops held?
Several workshops are held online. In person workshop locations vary. Please check the workshop page for location information. Location and directions will also be included in your sign up confirmation email when you register.
Do I need to be an experienced meditator, yogi, or philosopher to take a workshop?
For most workshops no experience in any of the above is required. If a workshop is labeled advanced (or part 2, etc.) and you aren't sure it's the right fit, just contact me and we can discuss it.
What do I need to bring to the workshop?
For a lecture or meditation workshop, bring whatever you will need to be comfortable. I generally suggest wearing comfy clothes and bringing a journal and water bottle. I have plenty of blankets for sitting, but if you have your own cushion or BackJack chair feel free to bring it along. Bring a snack along if you will need it.
For a yoga workshop, please bring any of the items above, your yoga mat, and any props (block or strap) that you might need.
