Class Etiquette:
Meditation:
One of the best parts about meditation class is that you can show up without anything. However, you may want to wear comfortable clothing for sitting on the floor, bring a cushion, a water bottle (I'm rarely without mine), and a journal. I do have plenty of blankets so you won't need to bring those.
Yoga:
Please bring your own yoga mat and any props (block or strap) that you might need for class. Don't forget your water bottle!

- Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and settle before class starts.
- Please remove shoes and leave them with your belongings under the checkin table.
- Please be sure to turn your cell phone off or put on silent (not vibrate).
- Please be sure to inform me of any injuries or conditions before class begins.
