Meditation and Yoga Class Descriptions
Guided Meditation
45 minute class
Find peace, look inward, and reconnect with your true self in a group meditation setting. This class may explore topics of living to your highest self or use pranayama (breath work) to help calm the mind before entering into guided meditation. Great for beginners and the experienced - open to all who wish to seek more.
Restorative Yoga
60 minute class
This class allows your body to restore itself back to it's true nature by being supported with props in poses to open and release tension within the body. The process of being fully supported gives your nervous system an opportunity to let go and be refreshed. This is a non-sweat class leaving you feeling nourished, well balanced, and relaxed.
Level I Yoga
60 or 75 minute class
This class is open to all level of students and will move slowly through sequences to open all areas of the body. A theme will be woven into the class along with a focus on alignment, safety, and playfulness all within a supportive community. This heart centered practice will help you move safely within your own body combining breath, movement, and meditation to open your heart, mind, and body to your own true spirit within.
