Undoing Stress ~ A Restorative Yoga Workshop

Prepare yourself for the holidays or unleash the burden of stress that you've carried throughout the year.

Pamper yourself with 2 hours of making it all about you with restorative poses, meditation, and breath work. 

Many of us carry our stress in our neck and shoulders ~ think of the phrase 'carry the weight of the world on your shoulders'. If you are constantly looking for relief from recurring neck pain and headaches then this is the workshop for you.

In this workshop we will discuss what causes headaches, neck, and shoulder pain and use restorative yoga poses to alleviate them. We will also learn some simple meditations and pranayama (breath work) techniques that you can turn to during times of stress during this holiday season and throughout the year.

You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for the rest of 2014!
