Rest Well ~ A Restorative Yoga Workshop

"The worst thing in the world is to try to sleep and not to." ~ F. Scott Fitzgerald
If you often have trouble falling asleep or getting back to sleep once you've awakened in the night - you are not alone. It is estimated that 1 in 3 people suffer from insomnia. Sleep insufficiency can wreak havoc in your life causing chronic health issues, difficulty concentrating, and a greater chance of being involved in a car accident. Getting a good night's sleep is vitally important for functioning at our best and keeping sharp as we navigate the world around us.
In this workshop, we will discuss tips for preparing ourselves to get the best night's sleep we can and practice some simple restorative yoga poses to assist our journey into the dream world. We will also cover some simple meditations and pranayamas (breath work) that you can use when you find yourself wide awake to lull you back to sleep.
There is limited space in this workshop so please sign up early to reserve your spot. Contact Jenn to sign up!
