Finding Your Quiet Mind: A Three Week Meditation Series @ NoDa Yoga

This workshop is for you if any of these ring true:
  • Being still and relaxing are things you constantly struggle with and you desire to start with a good foundation
  • Your practice has fallen off, but you are ready to recharge and explore your inner awareness
  • You are ready to go deeper and ignite your practice
  • You want to stay in the present moment, keep your mind calm and clear, and connect mind, body, and spirit

When: Sundays, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on March 10, 17, and 24
Where: NoDa Yoga
Investment: $45 by March 7, $50 after

We will cover:
Postures & Mudras ~ "I can't get comfortable!"
Meditation Techniques ~ "My mind is so busy!"
Creating a Personal Meditation Practice ~ "I want to bring meditation into my everyday life."
The Meditation Experience (4 bodies & 4 states) ~ "What happens when I meditate?"

Please bring a journal, pen, water, and a cushion if you'd like.
